Your impact

As a Program Manager within the Professional Services, you will be responsible for delivering programs, complex projects and services to our customers. Your role will put you at the heart of the client's needs and constraints making you one of the client's privileged contacts at OpenText.

What the role offers

• Owning Professional Services programs and projects in selected Key Accounts within Northern Europe, including the business development and upsell within your key accounts,
• Supporting account reviews and presenting the status of the projects internally and externally. Owns project reporting to management stakeholders, the customer, and end users
• Responsible for overall project delivery governance, end user satisfaction, teams’ performance, scope management and project plan management, project and governance set up, reporting, P & L management, resource management, risk management and mitigation
• Overseeing the development of the projects and programs and underlying projects costs and timelines ensuring they remain within the approved budget & schedule
• Forecasting accurately to allow the OpenText professional services business to forecast bookings, backlog, and revenue,
• Strong commercial acumen with experience as a bid manager. The program manager can identify and convert business opportunities into value for the customer and OpenText

What you need to succeed

• Graduate (Bachelors level) in computer science, Information technology (or equivalent) and at least 10+ years’ experience in Program / Project Management or a related Senior management role
• Strong presence and confidence, exhibiting professional maturity, strong communication skills in both Dutch and English,
• Certification in Project Management and Agile (PMP, SAFE Agile, Scrum),
• Understanding of IT projects engagements type and the financial aspects (revenue, margin, billing), for Agile, Fixed Price and Time and Materials engagements
• Ability to analyse and resolve complex issues, both logical and interpersonal, and manage conflict,
• Significant experience working in enterprise software product industry is desirable.
