Your Impact

 

As a Senior Account Executive at OpenText, your role is pivotal in driving growth and success in your assigned focus area, whether it's products, services, software, or solutions. You'll collaborate closely with Account Managers, providing specialist expertise within the sales team while leading pursuits to expand our market presence. Through proactive campaigns, you'll build and nurture the sales pipeline, leveraging your specialized knowledge and skills to prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close opportunities. You may be allocated named accounts, cover designated geographies, or focus on high-potential competitive attack accounts, contributing significantly to our overall sales strategy and success.

What You Need to Succeed

 

- University or Bachelor's degree; Advanced University or MBA preferred.

- Previous work experience directly related to Cyber Security Sales.

- Deep understanding of Cyber Security practices, enabling you to navigate complex sales processes.

- Demonstrated track record of achievement, progressively exceeding quotas and engaging with diverse business customers at higher levels.

- Recognised as a mentor of selling strategy, contributing to the design and execution of effective sales approaches.
