YOUR IMPACT
As a Senior Account Executive, Public Sector at OpenText, you will help customers harness information to accelerate growth and enhance efficiency in a rapidly evolving digital landscape. Part of a global team of skilled professionals, you will guide customers through unprecedented changes, helping them solve critical business challenges and supporting their journey to the cloud and digital transformation. Your commitment to finding the right solutions for your customers' needs will be rewarded with a highly competitive compensation package. 

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS

• Engage in consultative selling and actively listen to customer needs.
• Develop comprehensive territory plans to identify and convert sales opportunities.
• Skillfully navigate each phase of the sales process, from pipeline generation to closing deals.
• Deliver masterful client presentations and run effective meetings.
• Clearly articulate the value proposition of OpenText solutions and products.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the best solutions for clients.
• Foster trust and build strong relationships with customers to positively impact their business. 

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
• Must have experience selling to the public sector.

• Minimum of five years of B2B selling experience in the Enterprise sector.
• Proven experience working in a consultative role with C-level customers on complex cloud-based, on-premises, or hybrid solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of the B2B buying process, key competitors, and industry trends.
• Expertise in deploying advanced sales methodologies and tools to achieve targets.
• Driven by the challenge of developing new accounts and finding untapped opportunities.
• Intellectually curious and quick to grasp new products and solutions.
• Completed post-secondary education and a passion for continuous learning. 

Estimated Base Salary: $130,000 USD – $150,000 USD
