Associate Consultant - Content Manager (OpenText)

We are looking for OpenText Content Manager consultant to join our highly motivated team. We want dynamic people and encourage candidates with a diverse variety of experience and history. Your Impact:

  • Good programming skills (.Net, C#, Java)
  • Good trouble shooting skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Experience in working with other members at remote location (International)
  • Time flexibility for meetings that may be conducted outside local business hours
  • Demonstrated technical documentation skills – standard operating procedures, test plans, test results summary document etc.

 

What you need to succeed:

  • Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent degree in computer science or related area of study
  • At least 1-4 year’s experience on Enterprise Information Management and Governance Solutions like (heritage Microfocus) Content Manager (Mandatory) or Opentext Documentum / InfoArchive/ xECM (Optional)
  • Basic Cloud Concepts.
  • Basic Networking concepts, DB Concepts and Server OS concepts.
  • Assisting with Integration of Business Application with Enterprise Content Management Solution.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Data Management, Governance or Archive.
  • Participate in testing and defect resolving of Content Manager / Documentum/ InfoArchive.
  • Creating project artifact documents as per the requirement
  • Training end-users

 

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with Implementation of (Heritage Microfocus) Content Manager.
  • Hands-on experience with developing custom Utilities and Integration using Content Manager SDK and APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with Administration of Content Manager.
  • Hands-on experience with Structured and /or Unstructured Data Archive, Data Analysis, PII Discovery and Managing ROT/ Business Critical data.
  • Hands on experience on Microsoft C#.NET
  • Web Services development
  • Web App development
  • Windows Scheduler development
  • Regular administrative activities like basic health checks, maintenance activities, etc.,
  • Demonstration of solutions to customer

 

Good To Have Skills

  • Hands-on experience with Implementation of Opentext Documentum, InfoArchive or xECM.
  • Hands-on experience with developing custom Utilities and Integration using Documentum or xECM PIs.
  • Hands-on experience with Administration of Opentext Documentum / InfoArchive or xECM.
