The Opportunity:


Become a member of the HR Shared Services Team Hyderabad, India providing first line, Tier 1 & Global, HR support for employees, managers and HR Business Partners for all people activities related to the hire-to-retire process and global benefits and reimbursements.


You are great at:


  • Professionally and accurately responds to written and oral inquiries from employees and managers regarding HR questions, issues, problems, and status changes. This will include telephone, chat, one-on-one and e-mail interactions.
  • Manages employee changes, reimbursements, employee updates and managing reports
  • Maintain employee documentation and records
  • Quickly and accurately resolves cases in professional, sensitive, customer-focused manner in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Escalates complex cases to the HR Shared Service Manager or field HR resources


What it takes:


  • Bachelor’s Degree/Graduate with 1 to 3 years of experience in Human resource shared service domain.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and practices
  • Ability to work with a diverse group of employees and individuals
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Demonstrate Customer Orientation
  • Working knowledge of Human Resources Practices
  • Ability to answer inquiries on own initiative by effective use of relevant written data and information.
