The Opportunity:
Become a member of the HR Shared Services Team Hyderabad, India providing first line, Tier 1 & Global, HR support for employees, managers and HR Business Partners for all people activities related to the hire-to-retire process and global benefits and reimbursements.
You are great at:
- Professionally and accurately responds to written and oral inquiries from employees and managers regarding HR questions, issues, problems, and status changes. This will include telephone, chat, one-on-one and e-mail interactions.
- Manages employee changes, reimbursements, employee updates and managing reports
- Maintain employee documentation and records
- Quickly and accurately resolves cases in professional, sensitive, customer-focused manner in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Escalates complex cases to the HR Shared Service Manager or field HR resources
What it takes:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Graduate with 1 to 3 years of experience in Human resource shared service domain.
- Knowledge of HR processes and practices
- Ability to work with a diverse group of employees and individuals
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Demonstrate Customer Orientation
- Working knowledge of Human Resources Practices
- Ability to answer inquiries on own initiative by effective use of relevant written data and information.
