YOUR IMPACT:

  • Partner with clients to define project scope, timelines, and budgets.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, task dependencies, and risk management strategies.
  • Lead and facilitate project kick-offs, status meetings, and retrospectives.
  • Manage project budgets and track project progress against established benchmarks.
  • Foster collaboration between internal development teams, external vendors, and clients.
  • Ensure clear and consistent communication with all project stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues.
  • Manage project documentation and ensure adherence to established quality standards.
  • Track project performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Implement and leverage Agile methodologies (Scrum Master certification preferred) for project execution.
  • Experience with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) a plus.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED​​​​​​​:

  • BE/BS or master’s degree in engineering preferred.
  • Total 6-8 years of experience in Project Management Office (PMO) operations, as well as project or program management, preferably in the professional services or software development industry.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI ACP) preferred.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Excellent customer liaison skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Proven leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and guide teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams in a global environment.
  • Excellent communication, written and verbal, with the ability to tailor communication style to different audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, MS office Suite, Jira, Confluence, Visio).
