YOUR IMPACT:
Support annual benefits budgeting exercise and ensure timely benefits plan renewals by adherence to procurement process (PO balance, tracking renewals, payments etc.). Able to work with various vendors and influence vendor’s process to comply with OpenText processes and control vendor’s service delivery and will manage vendor interactions for complex escalations, provide resolution working with vendors and design recommendations to improve recurrence of escalations.
WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS:

Ability to confidently and comfortably interact with employees and managers to explain complex resolution to benefits escalation

Execute annual mass enrollments for various benefit programs, including system readiness, HRSS readiness, communication refresh, policy / FAQ / intranet refresh etc.

Ensure compliance to changing local legal and regulatory requirements including Retirement plans (Trust, Gratuity, NPS, statutory payments etc.)

Lead wellness efforts by designing and delivering various wellness programs utilizing vendors and HRSS team (execute campaigns / mass communications/ sessions / on-site programs etc.)

Custodian for knowledge management, policy updates, vendor contracts for Total Rewards Programs & Plans.

Support annual benefits budgeting exercise and ensure timely benefits plan renewals by adherence to procurement process (PO balance, tracking renewals, payments etc.)

Create recommendations to enable effective employee experience for the Total Rewards Programs

Identify interlinkages and dependencies of policies, processes and systems to recommend standardization and improvement opportunities

Provide necessary data reports and conduct data analysis to support ad-hoc TR projects

Support comp range development and basic comp analysis to support business needs.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in supporting compensation & benefits programs Have experience in managing benefits renewals, vendors and process improvements

Familiar with benefits, retirement plans, insurance, wellness, commonly used analytical tools, and basic compensation concepts.

Working knowledge of local regulations, filing and compliance requirements, including periodic trust meetings, statutory bonus, NPS etc.

Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
