The Opportunity:
 

In this role, consultant will work closely with our clients and partners, demonstrating professional knowledge in ECM functional areas and the OpenText Content Server solution suite to ensure that the tasks and deliverables are of the highest caliber. Combination of deep technical Content Server development skills and a wide range of equally important “soft” consulting skills such as advanced customer facing skills, customer relationship building, facilitate/lead blueprint design and requirements workshops, and excellent communication skills are required for this role.


You are great at:
 

  • Primary skills: Enterprise Content Management->Opentext Content Server (OTCS)

  • Primary role: ECM OTCS project implementations, understand customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions, and facilitate deployment resulting in client delight.

  • Planning of the activities of configuration, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots and will assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design

  • Conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organization’s financial guidelines

  • Logical thinking and problem-solving skills along with an ability to collaborate

  • Client consulting skills


What it takes:
 

  • Expertise in OpenText CS - Document Management/Records Management and Electronic Content Management system.

  • Worked extensively on various OpenText ECM products (Content Server, Archive Server, Directory Services, Record Management, Workflows, Reports, Rendition, Brava and many optional modules)

  • Knowledge on OpenText xECM products like xECM for SAP, Engg. is preferable. 

  • Designing and implementing custom functionalities for Content Server applications using OScript, WebLingo, Web-Services

  • Designing migration strategy and Solution.

  • Custom Tool using Web-Services, REST API

  • Oscript Customization/ Object Importer for Content Migration

  • ECM application migration strategy from on-prem to cloud

  • Experience in OTCS Upgrade.
