Lead Consultant - HCMx (CSA/DCA/SA)

The Opportunity:

Responsible for working with customer to understand their infrastructure provisioning and automation needs. The individual will translate the requirements into service designs and offerings in HCMx. Additionally, will also perform POC to demonstrate the prototypes and support during the project delivery.

Solution architect working on Hybrid cloud team must possess a strong knowledge on ITOM products (HCMx, OO, SA and DCA) and will provide solutions on infrastructure provisioning, patching, compliance and automation usecases.

You are great at:

• Designing end-to-end solutions on ITOM Platforms (HCM, OO, SA, DCA).

• Working in any of ITSM platform like Service Now or Micro Focus Service Management Automation (SMAX).

• Experience with requirement elicitation and translating the requirements into low-level and high-level design documents.

• Creating and demonstrating prototypes.

• Liaise with the local, regional teams and customer representatives in delivering the solutions.

• Help project managers with the effort estimations and guide the team members with technical solutions.

• Act as a primary escalation point and work with the support, R&D and customer teams in resolving the issue.

• Participate in internal initiatives and create new solution offerings for generating additional business.

• Participate in pre-sales discussions and work towards the successful delivery of the deal.

What it takes:

• Sufficient depth and breadth of knowledge to be individually responsible for the designing solutions on ITOM products.

• Knowledge of ITSM principles.

• Strong skills on OO, APIs, Linux CLI, Windows CLI, and Virtualization and in any one or multiple public cloud (AWS, Azure etc...)

• Understanding of how to use REST\SOAP API, concept of XML and JSON.

• Experience in creating CSA service designs and service offerings.

• Ability to perform/drive resolution of problems on individual products.

• Play key role in preparing proposals and bids for new opportunities.

• Build a long-term relationship with customers and identify opportunities for new business.
