Your Impact:

As a Lead Software Engineer you will Write technical specifications for new features and provide time estimates for assigned tasks

 

What The role offers:

  • Write technical specifications for new features and provide time estimates for assigned tasks.
  • Work with Manager & Engineering team to assess technical feasibility of new features.
  • Design and implement new features.
  • Fix defects in existing software for regularly scheduled maintenance releases as well as patch releases.
  • Manage customer issues and provide detailed and timely reports
  • Work with various Documentum teams including QA and Customer Support to resolve technical issues.
  • Program in C, C++

 

What you need to succeed:

  • Minimum of 10+ years of software development experience
  • MS/BS in Computer Science or equivalent. Strong Analytical Skills
  • Must have a demonstrated track record of managing and shipping “enterprise class” applications
  • Proficient with one or more of the following : C, ++
  • Good understanding of enterprise product architecture
  • Strong background in Object-oriented programming and Design Patterns
  • Proven track record in development of software projects from start to finish on schedule in a quality manner
  • Knowledgeable in software development best practices
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

 

Considered a Big Plus:

  • Experience with Document Management and Web Content Management applications
  • Knowledge of Web Services
  • Working knowledge of newly evolving technologies
  • Keen to pursue career growth in the technical ladder
  • Proven innovator with patent disclosures/awards
  • Excellent in articulation and influencing others
