The opportunity:


We are seeking an Agile Team Coordinator (ATC) to join our Global Engineering team to help deliver world class Security Software to customers around the globe.

As a servant leader you’ll oversee the Agile “system of delivery” teams have adopted and help them put in place the appropriate people, process, and tools to improve team efficiency and effectiveness. You’ll help organize releases from inception to delivery, consult on estimating techniques to achieve predictability (velocity or throughput), manage team metrics and dependencies. Your Agile leadership will be the team’s catalyst to excellence.

 

You are great at:

 

  • Solid understanding of software development life cycle models as well as expert knowledge of Agile project management principles and practices
  • A proven track record of successfully implementing software or web development projects using Agile methodologies including 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager managing large, complex projects in a high-tech development environment with multi-function teams
  • Prior experience with Scrum / Agile methodologies. PMI-ACP, CSM or equivalent preferred
  • Experience overseeing multi-function project teams with at least 10 team members including Developers, QA and Product managers
  • Balanced business/technical background:
  • Sufficient level of technical background to provide highly credible leadership to development teams and to be able to evaluate complex project risks and issues accurately and objectively
  • Ability to provide leadership to Product Managers and collaborate with customers and develop strategies and solutions of high business value

 

What it takes:

 

  • Any engineering graduate with 8+ years of experience in project management skills
  • Solid understanding of software development life cycle models as well as expert knowledge of Agile project management principles and practices
  • A proven track record of successfully implementing software or web development projects using Agile methodologies including 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager managing large, complex projects in a high-tech development environment with multi-function teams
  • Prior experience with Scrum / Agile methodologies. PMI-ACP, CSM or equivalent preferred
  • Experience overseeing multi-function project teams with at least 10 team members including Developers, QA and Product managers
  • Balanced business/technical background:
  • Sufficient level of technical background to provide highly credible leadership to development teams and to be able to evaluate complex project risks and issues accurately and objectively
