Sr. Business Systems Analyst - Order to Cash / Invoicing

We are currently searching for a Senior Business Analyst candidate who is a detailed planner, expert communicator, and top-notch analyst. They should be wholly committed to the discovery and development of innovative solutions in an ever-changing digital landscape.

What the Role Offers:

• Drive identification of requirements across business units and identify inefficiencies in system processes by analyzing real-time data.
• Serve as thought leader for technical business processes, developing forward-thinking systems prototypes that promote increased efficiency and productivity on multiple levels
• Create and implement precise management plans for every project, with attention to transparent communication at all the levels.
• Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems development.
• Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production, to ensure maximum usability.
• Experience in Order2Cash & Procure to Pay domains.
• 5 to 7 years of proven experience as business analyst role.
• Experience in Transportation, Supply Chain and Logistics domain
• Identifying and addressing operational, financial, and technological risks within Proven analytical abilities
• Practical experience generating process documentation and reports
• Excellent communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

What you need to Succeed:

• Partner with product management, customers, sales etc. to develop necessary analysis and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with production, managerial, and executive teams.
• Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain systems processes, including the delivery of monthly status reports to all appropriate parties.
• Author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation using Visio, JIRA and Confluence.
• Communicating ideas and viewpoints to Product Manager.
• Supervising the design of new products and evaluating how these will perform on the market.
• Identifying and capitalizing on improvement opportunities.
• Identifying innovative ways to increase customer satisfaction.
• Must have experience working on large scale projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from the business.
• Strong project management, ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point, strong relationship building skills & communication skills.
• Experience in working with Tech teams using a range of Agile delivery methodologies.
• Comfortable working with a range of applications such as Jira, Salesforce and SAP
• Analytical ability, commercial instinct, and a good grasp of the "big picture."
