The Opportunity:

We are looking for Sr Consultants to join our highly motivated team. We want dynamic people and encourage candidates with a diverse variety of experience and history. Your Impact:

• Ability to conduct workshops for ITIL Process, SMAX/SM Entities and prepare design documents.
• Understand RFP and Prepare SMAX/SM and Its integration solution based on RFP.
• Hands on experience in Deploying SMAX/SM on HA and DR architectures.
• Must have hands on experience in Upgrading SMAX (Single Hop and Multi Hop)
• Must have hands on experience in Upgrading SM
• Must have hands on experience in full deployment of SMAX/SM and its components along with its integration (Minimum 3 Full Projects)
• Experience in Linux, REST API, Rest Client (Postman), PG Admin (Postgres Client)
• Experience in OPB (On-Premises integration) agent integration 3rd Party tools
• Familiarity in AWS, Azure, GCP, OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker, and Containers
• Knowledge on Configuration Management and Asset Management
• Good to have knowledge on JavaScript’s, Python, SQL Queries, or any other programing language.
• Must have the ability to Train Colleagues, Customer and New Joiners
• Good to have knowledge on BI tools like Power BI, Crystal reports.
• Experience of building app(s) in SMAX platform for the customer would be given preference.

What it takes:

• Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent degree in computer science or related area of study
• A minimum of 5 + years of work experience with building enterprise applications in Hybrid cloud environments.
• Good to have knowledge in OpenText products – Hybrid Cloud Management (HCM), Service Management Automation (SMAX) and Content Manager implementations.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Java and .Net programming
• Deep understanding of cloud technologies and developing enterprise applications in major cloud providers like AWS, GCP and Azure
• Extensive knowledge in public and private cloud provisioning, Networking, Data Base and Operating Systems.
• Take ownership of the overall project strategy and implement a highly scalable and robust solution using combination of open-source solutions and OpenText Products

Knowledge and Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in Java, .Net and Python with solid understanding of the frameworks to be applied for specific applications.
• Experience with building reliable, scalable, secure applications in Hybrid cloud environments.
• Good to have knowledge of OpenText SMAX implementation to Automate IT service management (ITSM), IT asset management (ITAM), and enterprise service management (ESM).
• Good to have knowledge of OpenText HCMX to quickly build infrastructure and applications across hybrid environments.
• Good technical experience on Micro Focus/OpenText Service Manager or SMAX
• Must have a certification in ITIL V3 or V4
• Good to be certified in SMAX, AWS, Azure, Kubernetes
