The Opportunity
Extensive 5 + years of experience in installation, administration and troubleshooting of the OpenText VIM and surrounding components (ICC, IES, Archive Center, Business Center).
OpenText Product stack:
1. VIM 7.5 or higher versions
2. ICC or IES/ IC4S Integration along with Validation Client.
3. Archive center integration
4. Business Center 16.3 or higher versions
You Must have :
- Person should have strong knowledge of all the VIM workflows.
- Person should have strong experience in VIM architecture
- Person should have knowledge on solution design for VIM.
- Experience in building custom workflows along with ABAP development experience.
- Experience in providing solutions using best practices for VIM based on the business scenarios.
- Person should have strong knowledge in VIM configurations (DP document types, process options, Role and agent determination, blocking, Approvals, ICC/IES, Archive center)
- Person should have strong knowledge in Workflow administration (Restart/repair workflows)
- Knowledge and experience in debugging/troubleshooting the workflows.
- Experience and knowledge in SAP MM (handling PO, GR, SES etc.) and FI modules with Invoice posting/blocking/parking scenarios
- Basic knowledge in SAP ABAP with troubleshooting is good to have.
- Experience in Upgrading VIM and BC and should be able to define the approach/strategy for the upgrade
- Knowledge in VIM Fiori apps.
- Good Communication skills and handling customer is a must to have
- Person should know how to manage with escalations
- Should be self-driven and work independently by coordinating with customers.
- Person should have experience working in support & maintenance projects with ITSM tool experience to manage tickets / issues.
- Person willing to work in customer time zone (Shifts or specific customer business hours).
- Positive attitude and flexibility along with highly motivated would be important for this role.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to grasp concepts quickly and have a thirst for knowledge.
- Strong interpersonal and people management skills
- Ability to use own initiative to resolve problems and to obtain relevant information needed to perform a given task
