The Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary and dynamic individual to fill the lead our practice which will be focused on AI, Innovation and Automation. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned leader with a deep understanding of various AI technologies including NLP and automation tools. They will be responsible for shaping the strategic direction of our AI and automation initiatives, driving innovation, and leading a team of talented professionals to achieve technological excellence.

You are great at

Strategic Leadership:

• Assess, develop and implement a strategy for application of AI for automation of business processes and delivery.

• Oversee the design and development of automation tools that streamline operations and enhance productivity.

NLP and Text Data Processing:

• Lead identification and deployment of NLP architectures for transformation of data flowing between business applications.

• Lead development of metrics and monitoring of the performance and cost of AI solutions

• Guide and direct integration of AI infrastructure in collaboration with architecture and development teams by utilizing MLOps principles for production deployment of AI solutions.

What it takes:

• 10+ years of Industry Experience a Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.

• 5+ years’ experience of proven track record of leading and delivering AI projects, with a focus on application of NLP utilizing transformers for sequence-to-sequence conversion and vectorization of structured data with limited training data sets.

• Demonstrated Experience deploying open-source AI frameworks for production in cloud computing environments.

• Experience with programming languages such as Python and Java

• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Prior experience in managing and mentoring a team of AI professionals and data scientists.
