The Opportunity

In today's fast-paced world, technology has become the key to the to a successfully run IT department and a productive end user. In the IT End User Services team, the Sr. End User Service Analyst will act as a leader within the IT Corporate Technology team and are responsible for technology evaluation/implementations, process/documentation, collaboration technology Implementation, and projects related to the patching, security, and auditing of a global fleet of endpoints. The role requires someone is up to date on latest technology trends and displays knowledge in this IT space.

 

You are great at

  • Participate in projects as relates to End User facing technology

  • Patch Management - Reporting on workstation vulnerabilities and action results

  • Contribute and assist with hardware asset management

  • Support in the roll-out of collaboration and meeting technologies

  • Benchmark current hardware and software technology to industry standards

  • Management and continuous improvement of end user devices– computers, printers, and mobile device technology

 

What it takes

  • 5-8 years of Industry experience

  • Strong understanding of Windows 10/11, MacOS, and the Microsoft 365 suite

  • Working knowledge of meeting room technology – AV, Video Conferencing (Microsoft Teams Rooms, Cisco RoomKit)

  • Well versed in collaboration and ability to have discussions with business partners

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and run multiple projects or initiatives simultaneously

  • Standard 40-hour work week with regular business hours

  • There may be a requirement to manage email after-hours for business needs

  • After-hours work may be necessary due to schedules, deadlines and/or reliability issues

  • Minimal travel may be required
