The Opportunity:

Research, design, develop, configure, integrate, test, and maintain existing and new business applications with NetIQ IDM. Applications and infrastructure solutions include both 3rd party software and internally developed applications and infrastructure. A range of responsibilities include, but are not limited to, analysing business requirements, developing NetIQ workflows and driver policies, providing support for system administration on daily basis, creating documentation, testing, and maintaining applications, infrastructure, and information systems.

 

Your Impact:

  • Work with the team members, in the support of NetIQ IDM, eDirectory and HR System
  • Gather business requirements, creation and maintenance of NetIQ IDM workflows and Driver policies
  • Provide day-to-day system administration support to assigned systems.
  • Manage, develop (as needed), test and implement new deployments of systems.
  • Maintain system documentation (such as run book, As-Built documents for each application)
  • Provide on-call support for the systems administration group according to the on-call schedule.

 

What the role offers:

Conversant with NetIQ IDM solutions and comfortable to work on the following:

  • Creation and maintenance of NetIQ IDM workflows and Driver policies, based on business requirement
  • NetIQ IDM Installation and upgrade and it’s integration with other applications
  • Hands on Experience with LDAP, NetIQ Designer, iManager, iMonitor and UserApp
  • eDirectory Schema creation, modification and extension
  • Familiarity with scripting (i.e. shell, perl, etc.), SQL and Java Script
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Experience working with different teams across the separate geographies
  • Education and Experience Required: Typically, a technical bachelor’s degree or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
