The opportunity:


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Writer to join our team. We are an enterprise software product company with technical and domain-specific offerings. As an individual contributor, you will play a crucial role in creating high-quality technical documentation and content to support our products.

In our hybrid work mode, you will have the opportunity to work remotely for two days a week, while being required to be present in our office three days a week. This setup offers the perfect balance between flexibility and collaboration, ensuring effective communication and coordination within the team.

You are great at:


5-8 years of experience in technical writing.

Degree in any discipline, preferably, information science or computer applications.

Native-level proficiency in English with exceptional grammar skills.

Instructional proficiency in software-related concepts and terminologies.

Experience in persona-based and use case-based writing.

Technically savvy and enjoys learning and explaining technical concepts.

Expert proficiency in MSTP (Microsoft Manual of Style for Technical Publications).

Expert proficiency in technical writing best practices. For example, organizing content, chunking, minimalism, re-use, etc.

Individual contributor responsible for creating and maintaining end user documentation.

Develop content based on the persona, user journey, and use cases.

Independently develop examples and sample code for direct use by end user.

Work with scrum teams and SMEs to design, create, and validate documentation.

Identifies opportunities and contributes to improving information experience.
