Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Director to lead our sales team in achieving company objectives and driving revenue growth. The Sales Director will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations across Europe, setting strategic goals, and providing leadership to ensure the success of our sales efforts in our Corporate Accounts Inside Sales Team. This role requires a strong understanding of corporate sales processes with solid, SaaS experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and energize the team to meet and exceed targets.

 


Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement vision and strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives and revenue targets.
· Lead, mentor, and motivate a European team of sales leaders and representatives to drive performance and exceed sales goals.
· Define clear cadences and provide regular performance feedback and coaching to sales team members to help them reach their full potential.
· Develop a data driven culture across the team from pipeline analysis to campaign performance; constantly analyze sales data, market trends and customer feedback to identify areas for continuous improvement.
· Prepare and present sales weekly forecasts and budget plan, and reports to senior management to track progress. Develop a culture of high expectation and responsibility at all levels designed to achieve budget.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, R&D, and customer service, to ensure customer feedback loop, and alignment with our sales initiatives.
· Stay informed about industry developments, competitive landscape, and emerging trends to inform sales strategies and tactics.
· Drive a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in sales execution. Constantly adapt your model to market expectations.


 

Education and Experience Required:
· Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
· Proven track record of management success in sales leadership roles (managing managers), with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar capacity.
· Energetic leader with positive mindset
· Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans and achieve revenue targets.
· Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and motivating high-performing sales teams.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Proven track record working in a multi-cultural environment
· Experience working in Enterprise software and SaaS selling is preferred.


 

Knowledge and Skills:
· Deep understanding of sales processes, techniques, and best practices.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and trends to inform decision-making.
· Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.
· Strategic thinking and vision, with the ability to anticipate market changes and capitalize on opportunities.
· Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes and driving continuous improvement.
· Proficiency in CRM software and other sales productivity tools Salesforce and Salesloft preferable.
