The Opportunity

 

The Director, Revenue and Partner Operations is responsible for coordinating and driving the development and implementation of strategic initiatives that achieve tangible organization results for the overall SMB/C function. The role is a key leader in organizational change management, business requirements for systems integration initiatives in the next 12 months, innovative problem solving and empowering high performing teams by supporting the development of project excellence.

 

The role collaborates and receives direction from the senior leaders in the the SMB/C business unit. The successful candidate will also be required to work with other functional project management offices and other corporate leaders including Sales, Finance, Engineering, Product Management, legal, IT, and Cloud Service Delivery.

 

You are great at:

 

Partner operations and partner enablement including the design, integration, and management of the partner portal, program, and tools
Communications platforms for over 17,000 partners of SMB/C (MSPs, VARs, RMMs, Distributors)
Internal and external enablement and education for SMB/C Sales Force on all product lines
Responsible for overseeing ongoing needs assessment, curriculum design and maintenance, implementation, execution, and measurement 
Collaborate with the sales leaders and the other functions of the enablement eco-system to support our sales onboarding and coaching initiatives 
Drive the operational enablement of our sales teams by providing them with the courses and supporting tools to effectively manage their opportunities (SFDC, deal process, A&A, …) 
Allow frontline sales teams to sell more efficiently and effectively by reducing friction in the sales process and providing timely support on deal execution
Drive strategic alignment across SMBC through clarity in systems requirements and priority, executive action ownership, rules of engagement, and integration requirements
Arm our sales and channel to be best in class Cyber Resilience sellers and advocates through an efficient program and process, excellent training, and timely enablement
Motivate, lead, and recruit (when needed) a team of empowered managers who are great at what they do, whether it be sales operations, channel programs, sales enablement, training, or systems requirements.
 

What it takes: 

 

Quality and effective leadership with a global mind-set 
A wealth of experience gained through formal education, courses, or work experience 
Strong training and development background with a holistic and global perspective  
Skill in aligning strategic and operational needs with training requirements, programs, and results 
Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation and facilitation skills 
Ability to work independently
Ability to foster positive and trusting relationships with key leaders and resources across functions
An attitude of transparent and data-driven decision making
Intellectual curiosity, creativity, critical thinking, and innovative problem solving 
 

What you will bring:

 

7-10+ years of experience in sales or partner operations in a channel focused organization preferably in a SaaS industry 
3-5+ years of experience in learning strategy, delivery, and systems; needs assessment, design, development, delivery, and evaluation for synchronous and asynchronous learning 
3-5+ years of working in Adult Learning  
At least 4 years of leadership experience
