Zix | AppRiver is looking for an Inside Channel Account Manager to join our talented Sales team. Inside Channel Account Managers are responsible for pre-sales and post-sales activities, as well as, day-to-day lead generation and maintenance for our Channel Sales teams. If you are a dynamic, highly motivated, enthusiastic, and dedicated Sales individual with a demonstrated interest in technology, we want to speak with you.
You Are Great At:
- Develop and manage relationships with sales, marketing, and technical teams at assigned channel partners.
- Foster and develop management and executive relationships within assigned channel partners.
- Develop and teach operational best practices to channel partner teams to achieve growth targets.
- Coordinate and manage business reviews with channel partner teams.
- Become a subject matter expert for channel partner teams across the Zix | AppRiver solutions portfolio.
- Coordinate resources and escalate issues on behalf of the channel partners when necessary.
- Exceed all revenue and business goals.
What It Takes:
- Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of sales growth and experience in building relationships and growing accounts.
- Ability to understand technical products and solutions, in order to sell hosted email and security solutions.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced commission-driven sales environment is a must.
- Strong presentation and listening skills and Solution Selling Skills are a plus.
- Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce) and other sales enablement platforms preferred (Outreach, Gong, etc.).
- A desire for self-improvement and growth within a growing sales organization.
- Exceptional email, communication/telephone skills.
- Resilience, persistence, and enthusiasm.
- Fast learner, ambitious, and passionate.
- Competitive and committed to exceeding expectations.
- Someone who is a team player and collaborates well with others to achieve sales objectives.
- Strong work ethic and organizational skills.
This job is expected to pay in the range of $61,000 to $120,000 USD in addition to a comprehensive and competitive group benefit and healthcare plan. Individual compensation will be determined based on skills and experience comparable to the job requirements.
