Sr. Manager, Search Marketing

The Opportunity 

The Senior Manager of Search Marketing is responsible for planning, organizing, executing and measuring paid search and search engine optimization (SEO) programs for worldwide consumer and business segments across three different SMB/C brands. This position will be instrumental in growing and optimizing existing paid search and SEO programs, as well as conceiving, building, and launching new initiatives and leading the global search strategy.


You Are Great At 

  • Provide strategic direction for paid search and SEO programs and partner with stakeholders to align efforts and deliver data-driven recommendations
  • Lead and enrich Search team while providing guidance on projects
  • Diagnose SEO issues and work with internal teams to remedy any issues
  • Manage paid search strategy and optimization across all segments to hit performance targets
  • Perform day-to-day paid search campaign management including analyzing results and implementing optimizations 
  • Experiment with all aspects of search efforts including landing pages, keywords, content, and other attributes as applicable
  • Perform ad-hoc keyword research and competitive analysis
  • Oversee relationships with paid search and SEO vendors and account managers
  • Manage reporting for stakeholders on key learnings and performance updates on an ongoing and ad-hoc basis
  • Keep abreast of the latest search developments and recommend new ideas as applicable


What It Takes

  • 10+ years of digital marketing experience
  • 8+ years of paid search and SEO experience, preferably in the services or tech industry
  • 3+ year(s) of experience managing and leading a high-performance team
  • Extensive experience managing multi-million dollar paid search budgets
  • Deep understanding and experience with technical SEO
  • Strong expertise in website analytics and the Google Analytics platform
  • Extremely resourceful and highly creative; able to brainstorm and implement new ideas
  • High level of organization and personal initiative; able to work autonomously 
  • Outstanding interpersonal and written communications skills
  • Working knowledge of HTML and web development is a plus
  • Strong familiarity with various search tools such as Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Moz, Google Search Console, Google Data Studio, Tableau, Screaming Frog, or similar tools/platforms


The minimum compensation for this role is $120,000.00 with a performance-based bonus.
