You will oversee the Agile “system of delivery” teams have adopted and help them put in place the appropriate people, process, and tools to improve team efficiency and effectiveness. You’ll help organize releases from inception to delivery, consult on estimating techniques to achieve predictability (velocity or throughput), manage team metrics and dependencies. This role is dedicated to teams co-located in San Diego, Ca. Your Agile leadership will be the team’s catalyst to excellence.



  • Solid understanding of software development life cycle models
  • Excellent knowledge of Agile project management principles and practices
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing software or web development projects using Agile methodologies
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager managing large, complex projects in a high-tech development environment with multi-function teams
  • Prior experience with Scrum / Agile methodologies. PMI-ACP, CSM or equivalent preferred
  • Experience overseeing multi-function project teams with at least 10 team members including Developers, QA and Product Managers
  • Balanced business/technical background:
      • Sufficient level of technical background to provide highly credible servant leadership to development teams and to be able to evaluate complex project risks and issues accurately and objectively
      • Ability to provide leadership to Product Managers and collaborate with customers and develop strategies and solutions of high business value
  • Strong analytical, planning and organization skills with an ability to manage competing demands
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish/maintain high level of customer trust and confidence
  • Solid understanding of and demonstrated experience in using Jira and Confluence


For Colorado residents, this job is expected to pay in the range of $ USD to $75,087 - $112,631 USD in addition to a comprehensive and competitive group benefit and healthcare plan.  Individual compensation will be determined based on skills and experience comparable to the job requirements.
