Your Impact

This is a great opportunity as a Local IT Support (Service Desk Analyst) to provide hands-on technical support, ensuring smooth operations and addressing challenges with efficiency and expertise. You will deliver exceptional, consistent customer service across the organization, leaving a lasting impact on both employees and executives. In this role, you'll be part of a premium service team catering to high-profile events and executive support.

 

What the Role Offers

  • Deploy and recover desktops, laptops, and order IT equipment and peripherals to ensure smooth operational functionality.
  • Manage problems and issues from start to finish, ensuring efficient resolution and continuity of service.
  • Prepare and catalog equipment for shipping and receiving, maintaining accurate records of on-hand equipment to avoid shortages.
  • Support project tasks and service tickets, ensuring timely completion and resource allocation for successful outcomes.
  • Deliver clear, concise support documentation and identify areas for improvement, recommending solutions to enhance productivity.
  • Provide VIP-level customer support for executives, ensuring their IT needs are addressed quickly and efficiently.
  • Process user account creation, modifications, and terminations across various systems, maintaining secure and accurate user management.

 

What You Need to Succeed

  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient English communication, both written and verbal, to effectively interact across teams.
  • Advanced independent problem-solving and decision-making abilities in technical environments.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a global team setting.
  • Proficiency with both macOS and all Windows operating systems, including hardware.
  • Expertise in troubleshooting a wide range of technical issues involving computers, networks, smartphones, AV systems, and enterprise applications.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Quick troubleshooting abilities, capable of handling real-time challenges efficiently.
