Your Impact:

As a Facilities Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining operational excellence across multiple sites, ensuring a top-notch experience for all stakeholders. You will lead and coordinate with on-site Facilities Coordinators, oversee daily activities, and manage external service providers to guarantee that our facilities meet the highest standards. Your leadership will ensure that all processes run smoothly, from maintenance to stakeholder support, while keeping a close eye on safety and compliance. By developing strong relationships with internal teams and vendors, you'll ensure that every detail is handled with precision.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • At least 2 years of experience in team leadership or renewals, with a focus on facilities management. Experience in managing transitions is a plus
  • A minimum of 5 years in a similar facilities role, demonstrating the ability to coordinate and lead
  • Strong project management and time management abilities to juggle multiple responsibilities efficiently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook, with the ability to handle spreadsheets and documentation
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • A coaching mindset that can guide team members and support a results-driven approach
  • Detail-oriented with a structured approach to problem-solving. Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and capable of building strong client relationships. A dedication to providing high-quality service and maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workplace
