Join our Revenue Operations Team and play a crucial role in managing operational processes and systems that support our customers, partners, routes-to-market, and business groups. This is an exciting opportunity to enhance sales support by investigating and resolving issues, processing reversal and rebook quotes, and managing complex cases. Your contributions will be essential in streamlining operations and ensuring the success of our sales initiatives.

 

What the Role Offers

  • Gain advanced job skills and a deep understanding of configuration, quotation, forecasting, and rebooking processes.
  • Develop strong knowledge of the company's policies, procedures, and product portfolio.
  • Build cross-functional expertise in the end-to-end selling cycle.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system or process inefficiencies.
  • Handle medium to complex configurations and quotations, ensuring accuracy and component availability.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to maintain system data hygiene through reviewing and correcting data.
  • Anticipate and address questions and issues while proposing long-term solutions and providing technical consultancy.
  • Collaborate with other functions to enhance speed and accuracy, participating in testing and training for system support.

 

What You Need to Succeed

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales support or revenue operations role.
  • Proficient in customer relationship management software, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills, including effective questioning and listening abilities.
  • Strong ability to identify, analyze, and solve system and process issues.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Accurate data entry skills for updating system records.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage various tasks and priorities effectively.
