oin our Revenue Operations Team and be part of a dynamic environment that manages operational processes and systems supporting our customers, partners, routes-to-market, and business groups. This is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in supporting sales by investigating and resolving issues, processing reversal and rebook quotes, data entry, and complex case management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire advanced job skills, including a deep understanding of processes, tools, and systems related to configuration, quotation, forecasting, and rebooking processes.
- Demonstrate a strong knowledge of the company’s policies, procedures, and product portfolio.
- Develop cross-functional expertise in the end-to-end selling cycle process.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system or process inefficiencies.
- Handle medium to complex configurations and quotations, ensuring accurate technical aspects and system part components availability.
- Review and correct data, working with sales teams to ensure system data hygiene.
- Anticipate and address questions and issues, proposing long-term solutions, and providing technical consultancy.
- Collaborate with other functions and teams to increase speed and accuracy, and actively participate in testing and training system support.
What It Takes:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales support or revenue operations position.
- Computer literacy, including confident use of customer relationship management software, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluent English knowledge and excellent communication skills, including questioning and listening.
- Ability to identify, analyze, and solve system and process issues.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Data entry skills for accurately updating system records.
- Organizational skills for managing different tasks and priorities.
