The Opportunity:   

Zix | AppRiver is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for Zix | AppRiver Sales Operations including management of pricing processes, sales compensation administration, and management reporting. Provides training and maintains documentation on Sales Operations procedures. You will also work with Sales, Marketing and Finance to maintain a high level of quality and integrity in sales data and SaaS metrics. 

 

You Are Great At:

  • Manage the daily activities of the Sales Operation staff to ensure the team’s objectives are met in a timely manner with efficient use of resources.
  • Prepare and supervise preparation of regular and ad hoc reports related to Sales performance.
  • Maintain and supervise maintenance of sales data in Saleforce.com and Microsoft Excel to ensure accuracy in processing and management reporting.
  • Ensure the accuracy of company SaaS metrics that are assigned to Sales Operations.
  • Communicates effectively with sales and support personal to resolve issues and to aid sales productivity.
  • Provide training to new employees on Zix sales procedures and systems.
  • Coordinate with Human Resources to ensure new Sales and Sales Support personnel are on-boarded in an effective manner.
  • Manage distribution of price lists.
  • Manage processing of transaction price approvals including generation of required documentation.
  • In conjunction with Finance and Burlington Sales Operations, administer the Zix Sales Compensation programs including Sales Compensation Plans, Sales Programs, SPIF’s and President’s Club achievements.
  • Ensure all Sales Operations procedures are documented and that documentation is maintained to incorporate all changes over time.
  • Create and modify non-standard sales agreements and proposals using the Sales Order Form.
  • Assist the Enterprise Sales Team in submitting orders, managing pricing approvals and maintaining accurate records in Salesforce.com.
  • Work closely with the Salesforce.com team to ensure system enhancements meet the needs of the Enterprise Sales Team.
  • Proactively suggest changes to improve Zix sales systems and procedures.
  • Ensure the quality of calculations and payment data for sales compensation.
  • Other tasks as assigned to increase revenue and company efficiency.

 

 

What It Takes:

  • B.A. or B.S degree required
  • 5 - 8 years of sales or revenue operations and management experience required
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
  • 1+ years of Salesforce.com experience very desirable
  • Experience in data collection, data analysis and management reporting required
  • Supervisory experience required

 

 

This job is expected to pay in the range of $93,000 to $138,000 base salary as well as an annual company-base performance bonus in addition to a comprehensive and competitive group benefit and healthcare plan.  Individual compensation will be determined based on skills and experience comparable to the job requirements.
