THE OPPORTUNITY:
The Microsoft Partner Programs Manager plays a significant role in developing, managing, and executing Microsoft programs and campaigns across our partner ecosystem.
YOU ARE GREAT AT:

Always on top of Microsoft partner program updates and communicates important announcements, changes, and resources to partners.
- Delivers 1:1 consultation to strategic partners around Microsoft benefits, attaining competencies, and unlocking incentives and rebates.
- Serves as a Microsoft programs advisor for both the internal Channel Account Management team as well as the partners.
- An expert in Microsoft Partner Center, assisting partners in navigating partner benefits & competencies, incentives, pricing & agreements, and analytics.
- Builds and executes partner marketing collateral, webinars, and email communications around important Microsoft programs and updates.
- Runs the strategic partners MDF and SPIFF programs. Helping our top strategic partners maximize their marketing & business development benefits.
- Manages the Microsoft MDF programs: budgeting, collection proof of execution, filing co-op claims.
- Executes and participates in Microsoft/AppRiver events and trainings as a strategic advisor on Microsoft partner benefits and rebates.
WHAT IT TAKES:
- Mature, motivated marketing professional with can-do attitude.
- At least (3) years of technology marketing experience in channel development, business development, alliance management.
- Strong understanding of the Microsoft Partner Network, Partner Center, and the Microsoft Partner Incentives.
- Consultative skills, knows how to train strategic partners around Microsoft programs.
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Cloud, with full proficiency on Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions.
- Possess a sense of urgency, with detailed follow up and high energy
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills required
- Ability to manage multiple objectives
- BA/BS degree or equivalent business experience preferred
- Travel as required

This job is expected to pay in the range of $79,000 to $87,000 USD in addition to a comprehensive and competitive group benefit and healthcare plan. Individual compensation will be determined based on skills and experience comparable to the job requirements.
