Your impact 

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated DevOps Production Engineer to join our dynamic team in a SaaS environment. You will play a critical role in managing, automating, and scaling our cloud infrastructure on AWS while ensuring high availability, performance, and security. As a key part of the Production Solutions team, you will collaborate closely with RnD, Operations, Business and Security teams to automate and streamline our infrastructure, deployment processes, and system performance monitoring.

What the role offers

• Design, manage, and scale cloud-based infrastructure to support SaaS applications, ensuring uptime, reliability, and optimal performance
• Develop and maintain infrastructure automation using Ansible, Terraform, and other tools to enable efficient, repeatable, and error-free deployments
• Implement and maintain robust monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure timely detection and resolution of production issues
• Build and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines for automated testing, deployment, and infrastructure changes
• Ensure infrastructure and applications adhere to security best practices and compliance requirements, regularly implementing updates and patches
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize system performance across multiple environments, resolving bottlenecks and ensuring scalability
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, security engineers, and product managers, while maintaining thorough documentation of processes and infrastructure

What you need to succeed

• At least 9-10  years of hands-on experience with managing distributed workloads on Cloud providers, preferably AWS
• Proven understanding of architecture principles across infrastructure platforms, security, data, integration, and application layers
• Experience with administering Linux and Windows servers
• Hands-on development experience in one or more programming languages – preferably Python
• Version Control: Experience using Git or other version control systems
• Experience with configuration management systems and IaC. Ansible, Terraform - advantage
• Familiarity with databases (Oracle, Postgres).
• Comfortable with technology stack (Python, Terraform, Ansible, Groovy, Shell)
• Capacity to set priorities and deliver solutions in time
• Working on a multi-layer enterprise application
• Plus: experience with Docker, Kubernetes
• Ability to analyze and debug complex system.
• Team spirit
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, excellent English
