Your Impact:

As the Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and stakeholders, setting the tone for their experience. Your role is essential in ensuring smooth front-office operations, from welcoming guests and managing access cards to overseeing the onboarding of new employees. You’ll handle administrative tasks with precision and support the local facilities management team, creating a welcoming and organized environment for everyone.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • At least 2 years of experience in team leadership or renewals, with experience in transitions being a plus
  • Minimum 1 year in a reception or front-office role, with a strong focus on customer service
  • Strong project management and time management skills to handle a range of reception and administrative tasks efficiently
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to maintain professionalism and warmth in interactions
  • A coaching mindset with a results-driven approach to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Outgoing and approachable, with a natural ability to make visitors feel welcome
  • Detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy. Flexible and adaptable, ready to respond to the needs of a dynamic environment
