OpenText is looking for the right person to define and lead the next generation OpenText Digital Media products as part of the Digital Experience (DX) product group. The Product Manager develops product strategy, drives the definition and the delivery of digital media products, applications and cloud services at OpenText. She/he works closely with customers to understand their use cases, challenges and opportunities and deliver value via capabilities introduced into the products and manage roadmaps effectively.
The Product Manager also has a good sense of the market and customer needs and is able to articulate in detail via user stories and drive product features that are well thought out and delights customers. She/He is able to set product vision based on market trends and deliver new innovative products and capabilities.
- Plan, implement and maintain roadmap strategy and release schedule
- Develop solution specs, collaborate with clients and lead project teams for development projects, releases, cloud service updates;
- Collaborate with other CEM and OpenText Product Managers to coordinate product features and go to market activities for overall product release strategy and planning;
- Collect and prioritize solution requirements (go-to-market teams, customers, competitors, partners, industry analysts, sales and R&D);
- Work with the product design group to develop customer use cases, personas and scenarios, as well as user interface design
- Assist program managers and marketing to execute 'go to market' plans; packaging, pricing, collateral, events and lead-generation
- Work with key customers to acquire and respond to product feedback for future product releases, and communicate roadmap details.
- Understand product competitors and support development of competitive responses for sales and marketing.
Qualifications
- 4- 5 years experience and demonstrated competence in product management. Having experience in digital asset management, digital media technology, workflow, user experience platform technologies and user experience patterns is a plus;
- Experience implementing and Cloud-based application on a commercial cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google etc.)
- Strong experience in Retail, Financial Services, CPG or B2B applications
- Ability to handle large-scale project management for concurrent initiatives
- Willingness to travel globally, approximately 10%

- Accustomed to work in an international environment involving multiple development sites on various time zones.
- Up to 10% travel may be required
The office environment is a general office working environment. However, work outside standard business hours may be necessary due to project schedules and different time zones.
