The Opportunity:

The Order Administrator is the central recipient for all Open Text products requests ready for fulfillment. 

Receive and print orders and e-mail, review requests for completeness and accuracy, then forward them to the appropriate process group for distribution.  Generate license keys and maintenance certificates using various systems and set up electronic deliveries.  

 

You Are Great At:

  • Process and retrieve orders from SAP, ServiceNow and e-mail
  • Enter shipping and license information into SAP, ServiceNow and e-mail
  • Review all requests for processing
  • Generate product licenses and keys using various license key generation utilities
  • Forward packing slips requiring outside fulfillment to the respective brand contact
  • Hand off orders requiring physical delivery
  • Set-up electronic deliveries
  • Research and resolve issues with orders and license keys
  • Assist global Support and sales staff with issues concerning orders
  • Assist global customers with issues concerning orders
  • Create licenses for support tickets
  • Research and provide information for various audits
  • Assist on projects relating to Order Administration
  • In-depth problem analysis
  • Help to manage and assist on projects relating to Order Administration
  • Help in training of Order Administrators as required
  • May be required to attend various meetings

What It Takes:

  • Decisions are made within well-defined parameters with input from senior team members and/or supervisor.  Decisions impact the quality and accuracy of own work and other assignments. 
  • Routine decisions are made using existing policies, work practices or procedures.  Validates non-routine decisions with a more senior team member. 
  • Works under direct supervision and requires general direction on completing routine tasks and specific instruction on non-routine assignment
  • Resolves routine straightforward problems and some slightly more complex issues, related to job function.  Refers to established standards and procedures to guide problem solving
  • Contributes as a team member and applies team effectiveness skills in working with team members.
  • May assist other staff in completing work assignments.
  • Performs administrative duties requiring full knowledge of company policies and office administration processes and procedures.  Requires some training and related office administration experience.
  • Interactions are usually with functional team members and management.  Will have some interaction with staff in other organizational functions.
  • Experience with some Information Systems
  • Experience preferred in the following:
    • Microsoft Office
    • Microsoft Edge
    • Windows
    • SAP
    • Command Prompt
    • Remote Desktop
    • ServiceNow
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to adjust priorities to meet changing needs
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Secondary School diploma and may require some post secondary education.

For Colorado residents, this job is expected to pay in the range of $36,000 to $44,0000 USD in addition to a comprehensive and competitive group benefit and healthcare plan. Individual compensation will be determined based on skills and experience comparable to the job requirements.
