The Opportunity:

 

The Senior Order Administrations Specialist is the central recipient for all Open Text product requests ready for fulfillment. 

 

Receive and print orders and e-mail, review requests for completeness and accuracy, then forward them to the appropriate process group for distribution.  Generate license keys and maintenance certificates using various systems and set up electronic deliveries.  

 

You Are Great At:

  • Process and retrieve orders from ServiceNow, SAP, and e-mail
  • Enter shipping and license information into SAP, and e-mail
  • Review all requests for processing
  • Generate product licenses and keys using various license key generation utilities
  • Forward packing slips requiring outside fulfillment to the respective brand contact
  • Handoff orders requiring physical delivery
  • Set-up electronic deliveries
  • Research and resolve issues with orders and license keys
  • Assist global Support and sales staff with issues concerning orders
  • Assist global customers with issues concerning orders
  • Assist Release Engineering staff with license key requirements and questions
  • Research and provide information for various audits
  • May be required to attend various meetings and give presentations
  • Assist with the installation and testing of license key generation software
  • In-depth problem analysis
  • Assist on projects relating to Order Administration as directed
  • Training of Order Administrators as required or directed
  • Required to attend various meetings and give presentations – Some travel may be required
  • May be required to learn and assist with the job duties of Fulfillment Specialist and Fulfillment Operations

 

What It Takes:

  • Decisions are made within well-defined parameters and impact the quality, timeliness, and accuracy own work and special assignments.  May have an impact on the work of the functional team. 
  • Routine decisions are made using existing policies, work practices, or procedures.  Uses alternative methods or resources for resolving non-routine issues or work assignments.    Validates decisions with senior team members.
  • Works under general supervision and requires general direction on completing assigned tasks.
  • Identifies and most times independently resolve routine issues.  Works with other team members in evaluating decisions/solutions.  Focuses on resolving moderately complex issues that may arise. 
  • May provide guidance and work direction to junior staff.   Able to explain departmental policies and procedures to team members. 
  • Independently performs specialized administrative work requiring full knowledge of company policies and office administration processes and procedures.  May recommend, change or develop administrative procedures. Requires specific job-related experience.
  • Interactions are usually with functional team members and management.  Will have some interaction with staff in other organizational functions. May have some contact with Senior Management and customers.

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

For Colorado residents, this job is expected to pay in the range of $40,000 to $47,0000 USD in addition to a comprehensive and competitive group benefit and healthcare plan. Individual compensation will be determined based on skills and experience comparable to the job requirements.
