Join our innovative professional services organization to help our customers solve their complex business problems with simple and intuitive generative AI solutions. As an AI LLM Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of helping both our internal teams and our valued customers navigate the complexities of advanced language models, offering expertise in consulting, data science, and prompt engineering. Your insights will help drive the success of our products and empower our clients to solve intricate business challenges.

 

You are great at: 

  • Consult with internal teams on the integration of LLM features into our existing product suite.
  • Provide expert guidance to customers and prospects on the optimal use and customization of LLM and development of generative AI solutions for their specific needs. Instill confidence.
  • Understand customer business use cases and translate them into actionable technical requirements.
  • Produce high quality code according to design specifications.
  • Engage in prompt engineering to design efficient and effective prompts for various LLM applications.
  • Conduct data analysis and utilize data science techniques to derive actionable insights for our clients and improve data quality.
  • Develop and deliver tailored training sessions and workshops for both internal teams and clients.
  • Collaborate with the R&D and product teams to communicate customer feedback and inform future product enhancements.

 

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation of white papers, case studies, and other content that showcases the potential and results of our LLM integrations.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and LLM technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
  • Support sales teams with technical expertise during client presentations and demos.

 

What it takes:

  • Educational Requirements: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in AI/ML consulting for enterprise customers, with a focus on large language models.

 

Skills:

  • LLM Expertise: Extensive experience in natural language processing, language models, and AI-driven language technologies.
  • Project Experience: Demonstrated success in deploying and customizing language models for real-world applications.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex language-related challenges.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in LLM, such as Python, Java, and experience with relevant libraries and frameworks. Deployments in GCP, AWS, Azure, and other cloud environments.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with various industries and the potential applications of LLM in different use cases.
  • Consulting Experience: Prior experience in providing consulting services and collaborating with clients on language technology projects is a plus.

Supervisory Responsibilities: Potential to lead and mentor junior consultants and interns.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: Full-time, with occasional evenings or weekends based on client needs.
