Lead Consultant (m/w/d) für den öffentlichen Sektor 


Das erwartet Sie bei uns

In dieser Position integrieren Sie unsere firmeneigenen Government-Lösungen in die bestehenden Systeme, Fachanwendungen und auf verschiedenen Plattformen des Kunden. Betriebssystemseitig sind dies typischerweise Windows-Server-Systeme, aber auch UNIX, Linux und AIX sind möglich, datenbankseitig ist vor allem MS SQL und Oracle im Einsatz. Kenntnis und sicherer Umgang mit diesen Plattformen ist wünschenswert.

Neben dieser technischen Seite beraten Sie den Kunden auch auf der fachlichen und strategischen Ebene und begleiten ihn etappenweise auf seinem Weg der Digitalisierung. 

Die Steuerung der Entwicklung und Implementierung von Projektlösungen und -teilen wie bspw. Funktionserweiterungen, Customizing oder Migrationstools, Testen, und Dokumentation und das fachliche Anleiten anderer Consultants gehören ebenso zu dieser Rolle wie Konzeption und Beratung der Kunden zu behördenspezifischen Fachthemen, Best-Practice-Ansätzen und Architekturfragen.


Was Sie mitbringen

  • Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium, idealerweise der Informatik oder einem informatiknahen Bereich
  • Langjährige Berufserfahrung im Zusammenhang mit der öffentlichen Verwaltung
  • Kenntnis der Datenbanksysteme (Oracle, SQL Server, HANA und/oder PostgreSQL).
  • Kenntnisse einer oder mehrerer der folgenden Sprachen und Technologien ist erforderlich: SQL, Client Server, Web, Betriebssysteme (Windows, Linux), Datenbanken (Oracle, SQL Server)
  • Kenntnisse von Programmiersprachen (Visual Basic, Java (Script), C#, .Net, HTML, Python…) ist von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift 
  • Erfahrung in der Führung kleinerer Projektteams 
  • Grundsätzliche Reisebereitschaft
