The Opportunity:
As the PS Program Manager for assigned German based clients, you will be responsible for all aspects related to Professional Services in your clients, including selling and delivering services based on OT products. The position is based in one of our locations or virtually in Germany.
The PS Program Manager is responsible for revenue generation and customer success while actively supporting peers across Germany for mutual success against the OT mission of revenue, margin, and referencability.
You are great at:
- Driving the services business development, strategy, and approach within our business by leading customer communication
- Developing trusted relationships with our customer to drive their digitization
- Delivering successful projects with a great team by taking responsibility for execution, scope, budget, and quality
What it takes:
- University or University of Applied Sciences (Fachhochschule) Degree combined with relevant Information Management/Information Technology experience (10+ years) or equivalent.
- Strong presence and confidence, exhibiting maturity, with at least 10+ years working experience.
- Strong track record of selling Professional Services and directing the delivery of Professional Services to a wide variety of clients.
- Project Management Professional Certification is an asset.
- Willingness to travel as required for client and internal meetings.
