Candidate must show aptitude troubleshooting technical issues in mission critical situations; possess strong analytical skills and superior communication skills. Candidate must be comfortable leading a team during a crisis.


You are great at:

  • Develop and maintain the deployment and services of cloud SaaS offerings
  • Provide Level 3 support for OnDemand and SaaS customers including sending status updates to multiple audiences
  • Work seamlessly as part of an escalation team including proper handoffs and escalations
  • Participate in an on-call rotation
  • Install, patch and upgrade Recommind software
  • Design and communicate custom workflows, run books, and response documents
  • Take on special projects. Represent the department in meetings. Track and report on ongoing projects
  • Evaluate and maintain customized monitors
  • Provide scripted solutions to unique scenarios
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of OpenText’s Axcelerate product

What it takes:

  • The team is very open-minded to the tools required, currently including:
  • Scripting Languages and surrounding tooling (Python, Ruby)
  • Deployment and Configuration Management (SaltStack, Ansible, Terraform, CloudFormation, Puppet, Chef, Consul, Vault, etc.)
  • Monitoring tools (Nagios, Icinga, Zabbix, Cloudwatch, etc.)
  • Virtualization and Containers (Docker, Kubernetes/EKS, Vagrant, VMware)
  • Build Automation and testing (Jenkins, Gradle)
  • Analysis / statistics tools (ELK Stack, Grafana, Graylog, Splunk, LogRhythm, Excel, R, Stata, Scipy/Numpy, SQL, etc.)
  • Object Oriented Programming (Java, C++)


  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience required
  • AWS Certification preferred
  • Candidate must be an enthusiastic and fast-paced worker, able to solve technical challenges creatively in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent problem solving ability, verbal and written communication skills, work under strict deadlines in a legal environment and the ability to interact with all levels of staff necessary
  • Handle multiple tasks under challenging conditions as a team player


Minimum Slaary we are providing for this role is 125,000 USD/Year
