Your Impact:

As a Receptionist at OpenText, you will be the first point of contact for our international customers, guests, and applicants. Your excellent communication skills will set the tone for their experience with us. You will play a crucial role in supporting our customer service initiatives, managing communications, and ensuring smooth daily operations within the office. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will help facilitate interactions across various departments, contributing to a cohesive workplace environment.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Minimum 2 years in office service or similar roles, with experience in team leadership or renewals being a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in both German and English; able to engage with diverse audiences confidently
  • Strong time management abilities to handle multiple tasks effectively, including managing phone calls, mail processing, and meeting room bookings
  • Familiarity with standard applications like Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in international environments with the ability to navigate cross-cultural differences
  • A results-driven approach with a commitment to excellence in customer service
