Senior Consultant (m/w/d)


Als Senior Consultant liegt Ihr Fokus auf technischen Architektur-Themen, die die Implementierung unserer OpenText-Lösungen (Content-Suite Plattform und Extended ECM Plattform) bei unseren Kunden betrifft.


Das erwartet Sie bei uns

  • Beratung von bestehenden und neuen Kunden mit Schwerpunkt technischer Infrastruktur und Architekturdesigns in komplexen Umgebungen (einschließlich Hyperscaler- und Cloud-Implementierungen auf containerisierter Technologie)
  • Qualitätssicherung von intern gelieferten Ergebnisse bspw. durch unser Center of Excellence (CoE India)
  • Technisches Eskalationsmanagement und Abstimmung mit dem Kunden
  • Kundenerwartungen managen, Verantwortungen klar abzustecken und auch ggf. Eskalationen professionell, objektiv und konstruktiv zu lösen
  • Beteiligung bzw. Leitung von internen Initiativen zur Standardisierung von Professional Services-Angeboten, Wissenstransfers und Enablements
  • Sales und Pre-Sales in Bid-Teams mit ihrem Fachwissen und Erfahrung im gesamten Sales-Prozess zu unterstützen, technische Bid-Teams zu leiten.


Das bringen Sie mit

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation in Kombination mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im Bereich IT-Infrastruktur, Netzwerk
  • Kenntnisse über Containerisierung und Cloud-Technologien
  • Kenntnisse rund um die OpenText-Produktsuite, mit Schwerpunkt auf der OpenText Content Suite-Plattform und der Extended ECM-Plattform sowie deren Integrationen sind von Vorteil
  • Strategische Planungsfähigkeiten, die die Kundenakzeptanz der OpenText-Technologie innerhalb der Organisation vorantreiben werden
  • Zeitmanagement-Fähigkeiten, um Projekte pünktlich und innerhalb des Budgets zu liefern
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
