Come and join our Customer Success team in our EMEA hub in Grasbrunn near Munich with your commitment as a 

Senior Service Manager

Your focus is on delivering white glove application run service that meets SLA and ensures excellent customer experience considering the budgetary frame. 
Your daily activities include management of customer relationships from a services delivery perspective at multiple, assigned customers. Leveraging your experience, you help develop new services as well as the respective go-to-market assets. 



  • Accountability for large Managed Services Programs 
  • Responsibility for service quality, budget, and margin
  • Develop customers to achieve more revenue 
  • Coordinate service delivery activities across our internal delivery teams
  • Manage change requests and escalations if needed
  • Motivate, develop, and mentor other service delivery staff


  • A successfully completed Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline, or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the IT industry
  • Strong customer focus and the ability to operate at a senior management level, stakeholder management
  • Proven project or service management skills including leading and managing delivery teams within an offshore environment
  • Experience in managing budgets and meeting margin targets 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Very good English and German language skills both written and spoken
