Lead ECM Consultant

1.Responsibility for leading and implementing a part or all of a consulting project starting from requirements gathering and analysis, strategy and solution design, development, to the actual realization phase and sub-sequent deployment and go-live.  Focus areas will be on product installations, HW sizing across environments, 
2.Establishes a close trusted advisor relationship with the client base throughout and after the consulting project completion.
3.Coordinating efforts and providing subject matter expertise to support software and service sales process and teams.
4.Establishing and implementing project methodologies and processes within work teams and facilitates coaching and knowledge transfer within work team
5.Conceptualize, design and implement enterprise wide system architectures for ECM or Documentum deployments, lead architecture sizing and scaling activities, as well as install and configure the solution. 
6.Serves as a leading authority on architecting the proper enterprise architecture to sustain large volumes of content from multiple sources, such as SAP data, email, documents, and images.
7.Applies expertise and mentoring to Customer during the installation and configuration of the software.  Applies expert business skills and consulting methodologies to collect and analyze data. 
8.Displays a broad knowledge of all service offerings within Open Text, working with other team members to grow and extend knowledge as the product offering extends in features and settings.
9.Has acted as a team lead on multiple projects longer than 6 months 
10.Is capable of working alone on a project or as part of a partner blended team as demonstrated by doing so on a project for at least one month 
11.Identifies potential future project opportunities while working on projects and presents those opportunities to the MPs for investigation


1.The candidate should have 8+ years of professional experience in installing, configuring & deploying medium to complex software application components
2.Profound know-how about SAP & BASIS administration
3.Profound operating system know-how for the platforms supported by Open Text ECM or Documentum – Archive Server (Windows, Solaris, AIX, HP-UX, Linux)
4.Profound data base know-how (Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server DBA level knowledge)
5.Experience in Hardware sizing in production environments for various applications is required.
6.Experience in Installation, Configuration and Administration of the SAP Solution Extension by OpenText is a plus
7.Candidates with implementation experience of similar Enterprise Content Management solution such as IBM FileNet, HP TRIM, Hyland OnBase, LaserFiche, etc. are encouraged to apply.
8.Implementation experience with Capture (OCR, Captiva) Related technology such as Kofax, Readsoft, etc. is highly desirable.
9.Demonstrated experience in a consulting environment combined with excellent spoken and written English & Mandarin and interpersonal communication skills.
10.Ability to work with management and functional level users to analyze requirements, design and deliver solutions to meet those requirements.
11.High degree of motivation and energy, ability to work independently and in high-performance teams and groups to achieve client objectives
12.The candidate should have 3+ years of professional experience in deploying ECM or Documentum & SAP Ecosystem Solutions
13.Excellent knowledge of software development lifecycle concepts and infrastructure project delivery.
14.Strong analytical, technical and problem solving skills including the ability to break down complex issues.
15.Ability to effectively manage multiple projects, manage own work activities, meet deadlines and develop project status and time reporting
16.Working experience on Java Scripts, Web Services, SOAP, HTML5, XML, etc. is highly desirable.
17.Hands on experience working on Operating Systems, Web Servers and Application servers is required.
18.Understanding on RDBMS technologies such as MS SQL, Oracle, MySQL, etc. is required
