YOUR IMPACT

 

As a Client Manager for assigned Benelux clients, you will be responsible for all aspects related to Professional Services for your clients, especially scoping, proposing and selling services to support the development of solutions based on OpenText products. The position is based in our Hoofddorp office in the Netherlands. The role will work in close collaboration with the OpenText Account Executive and other Client Managers in developing service opportunities for our client. The Client Manager is responsible for bookings generation and customer success for assigned clients while actively supporting peers across Benelux for mutual success against the OT mission of revenue, margin, and referenceable customers.

 

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS

  • Developing trusted customer relationships to drive digitization.
  • Driving the services business development activities resulting in demand generation.
  • Qualifying customer needs and determining how we can add value to our customers.
  • Supporting the creation and management of pipeline of opportunities for sustainable growth
  • Preparing RFx responses and bids for tenders.
  • Follow up after contract signature acting as the voice of the customer and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Leading the commercial negotiation of services contracts with clients and external suppliers

 

 

 

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

 

  • Strong presence and confidence, exhibiting professional maturity, strong communication skills  (fluency in Dutch is mandatory) and English, both oral and written,
  • Understanding of IT projects engagements type and the financial aspects (revenue, margin, billing),
  • Knowledge of document management and business information management would be a plus.
  • Strong track record of scoping and preparing Professional Services proposals.
  • Some experience in services account development would be useful.
  • Strong presence and confidence, exhibiting maturity, with at least 8 years working experience.
  • Willingness to travel as required for client and internal meetings.
