What the Role Offers

In this role as a Project Manager you are responsible for managing concurrent challenging projects and for timely delivery of quality project outputs while performing appropriate scope management. This position requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and hands-on- project management skills.

You are great at

• Getting people excited about a vision and new ideas.
• Developing detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, budgets, and status reports.
• Conducting project meetings and achieve project deliverables.
• Managing the integration of vendor tasks, and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables.
• Managing risks, raising issues where needed and creating sensitivity towards timely identification & resolution of problems.
• Planning and performing status checks and ensuring Quality gates are reinforced
• Serve as a point of escalation, managing the escalation through resource assignments coordination between the different Open Text and customer departments/teams. 
• Facilitating open communication between the customer and other departments within OpenText

What you need to succeed

• 5+ years working as a Supplier Customer facing Senior Project Manager / Program Manager, where you have successfully delivered multiple large and complex projects
• Experience in the field of Enterprise Information Management (EIM) and/or Enterprise Content Management (ECM) is advantageous.
• Certification in Project Management, e.g. PMI, Prince2 (waterfall and/or agile) is a plus.
• Proven risk and mitigation management skill, including strong change control governance.
• Excellent interpersonal and effective verbal and written communication skills. Confident working with Project Executives both internal and external
• Ability to provide accurate capacity forecasts against individual projects and resources
• Fluency in Dutch and English
