Your Impact
 

As a Junior Technical Consultant in IT Process Automation at OpenText, you will play a crucial role in optimizing IT processes and workflows for our clients. You will assist in designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions, ensuring they meet client requirements and enhance efficiency. Your contributions will help streamline operations, improve system integration, and support clients throughout the automation lifecycle. By leveraging your technical skills and innovative mindset, you will contribute to the successful deployment of cutting-edge automation technologies.

What You Need to Succeed
 

• Motivation & Initiative: A self-motivated and customer-facing attitude, with the ability to manage tasks independently.
• Preference in having OpenText Experience: Experience in configuring and developing OpenText solutions, especially xECM and AppWorks, is highly preferred.
• IT Consulting Expertise: Knowledge of the IT industry with a focus on Document, Content, Records, and Process Management.
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with programming languages like Java, .Net, Jscript, and troubleshooting performance issues.
• Project Delivery: Successfully delivering multi-national projects on time, ideally at the technical lead level.
• Operating Systems & Databases: Administrator level of knowledge of Windows, UNIX, and Linux; DBA-level knowledge of databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Industry Experience: Experience in industries such as Finance, Government, Oil & Gas, or Process is a plus.
• Fluency in Dutch: Proficiency in the Dutch language is required to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders in a professional setting.
