Your Impact

 

The Processing Operations technician – Cloud Services will be an accomplished technician in all areas related to eDiscovery Operations such as staging, media management, processing, data loading and troubleshooting. This position will work with project managers, technical project managers, other data analysts, consultants and provide the expertise required to deliver litigation support, consulting and troubleshooting directly to high value accounts. Will be working within a group of members to monitor and process documents for project managers and clients to completion. Will need to be capable to detail outputs and communicate issues and successes within a varied software system utilizing eDiscovery software.

 

What the Role Offers:

 

  • Using the Axcelerate platform and applications to fulfill client requests, including reports and analysis of data.
  • Create client accounts and user groups and ensure proper securities have been set for users and user groups.
  • Utilize an internal ticketing system (JIRA) to track and manage client and internal requests.
  • Provide client training on the Axcelerate platform utilizing conference applications, like Skype for business, Microsoft Teams.
  • Works in a 24X7 rotational shift setup.
  • Assist Project Managers with case \or project specific requests in a 24X7 environment.
  • File escalation tickets for Project level support and keep Project managers \Leads informed
  • Using an automated tool for the ingestion and publication of electronically stored information (ESI) and structured data into the Axcelerate platform
  • Use Axcelerate applications and scripts to perform database updates, including overlays, field creation and persistent highlighting of terms.
  • Provide thorough quality checks of new data, Processing, and other work product to ensure all standard operating procedures have been followed.
  • Cognitive capacity to solve problems.
  • Works within a team and take actions as needed to meet business requirements under tight deadlines.
  • 100% adherence to the SLA’s.
  • Record all billable client activities into the company’s time billing software.
  • Ability to create, manipulate data within litigation support standards.

 

What you need to Succeed:

 

  • 1-3 Years of experience in Processing and\or Production operations
  • Well versed with EDRM workflow for Processing and\or Production
  • Well versed in working on text editor(s) (Notepad++, Ultraedit, Textpad)
  • Sound exposure working with eDiscovery tools is a must to have
  • Strong in excel Formula(s) and functions (VLOOKUP, text, logical formulas etc;).
  • Basic knowledge on Pivot table, charts, graphical representation of data is an advantage.
  • Work experience with a Law firm \or Data collection, Forensics is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Intermediate level of exposure on MS Access DB, SQL skills.
  • Professionalism – Maintains high standards with consistent attention to detail. Demonstrates competence and confidence internally and with clients, maintaining proper poise and etiquette. Acts ethically and if mistakes happen, takes responsibility, and works to resolve the issue.
  • Basic knowledge on any scripting language is an added advantage.
  • Possess technical skills such as SQL, programming, writing scripts.
  • Bachelor's IT Degree from an accredited university preferred.
  • Due to potentially minimized overlap with US team, clear, concise, and accurate communication is key.
  • CEDS or an equivalent eDiscovery certification is an advantage.
