YOUR IMPACT

At OpenText, we are looking for a motivated, highly passionate team leader for the Connect development team. The candidate must have the experience, talent, skill set, and confidence to work with a world-class development team at the OpenText office. The team focus is to develop first class synchronization product to sync various data types of data between different OpenText products.

What The Role Offers

•Drive the development and execution of project plans, aligning with both company goals and client needs. 

•   Lead, mentor, and support a team of software developers, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and results-driven environment. 

•   Oversee the design, coding, testing, and deployment of software applications, ensuring best practices are followed and quality standards are met. 

•   Facilitate communication and coordination across cross-functional teams, breaking down silos and promoting unity of purpose. 

•   Assess and manage team performance, providing regular feedback, performance appraisals, and professional development opportunities. 

•   Stay abreast of technological advancements and industry trends to inform strategic decisions and maintain competitive edge. 

What You Need To Succeed     

• SAP System Knowledge: You should have a good understanding of SAP systems, including SAP ABAP, S/4 HANA, SAP GUI, and SAP Fiori/UI5. Your insights will shape our SAP-related initiatives.
• SAP Solution Manager: Working knowledge in SAP Solution Manager is required.
• End-to-End Development Lifecycle: Understand the complete software development lifecycle, including unit testing, end-to-end testing, and deployment.
• Integration Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement seamless integrations between SAP and OpenText solutions.
• People Management: As a Team Leader, you’ll inspire, motivate, and guide your team. Foster a positive work environment, resolve conflicts, and promote professional growth.

• Requirements Translation: Translate business requirements into actionable plans. Work closely with stakeholders to align technical solutions with organizational goals.
