Quality Assurance Engineer-API Automation & Selenium

The opportunity:


As a Sr Quality Assurance Engineer, you will own and perform quality assurance functions of highly complex service from development to production. Will develop functional and performance test plans and more importantly API automation (unit, component and integration). Will work with multiple services team and assist on integrations. You will drive innovation for both team and product development.


You are great at:


  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Produce high quality test cases, test plans and automation code
  • Understand the technical design of highly complex software components
  • Analyze, troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis of defects
  • Propose creative solutions or alternatives options to meet requirements
  • Adhere to quality, develop unit, integration and end to end test automation
  • CI/CD and DevOps


What it takes:


  • Expert in Java, REST Assure, Selenium and API Automation
  • Expertise on Automation Frameworks, specially Behavior driven framework
  • Understanding of Performance testing, preferably Jmeter exposure
  • Knowledge Microservices and REST services
  • Experience is building the CI/CD pipelines and understanding the DevOps
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Education / Experience:
    • Computer Science or related engineering degree or equivalent
    • 5 years of product development experience
