YOUR IMPACT:

Senior Accountant - to be part of the finance controllership team at Hyderabad.  India finance controllership team supports the India business and is responsible for the finance, compliances and control for India entities of Open Text. 

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS:

• Assist with specific questions on balance sheet and P&L items 

• Assist with reconciliation of accounts period end balance sheet analysis.

• Abilities to review and reconcile Intercompany Accounts

• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of intercompany transactions and balances

• Ensure Compliance with SEZ rules, regulations and procedures

• Prepare and file SEZ related documents and returns with relevant authorities

• Prepare and maintain fixed asset register including depreciation calculation, asset disposals and write offs 

• SOFTEX filing and approval

• Bonding and debonding approvals

• MPR and APR preparation and submission 

• DTA Filings, Zone to Zone Filings

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

• Semi Qualified CA/CWA with 5 to 7 years of specific experience with accounts, controllership.

• Knowledge of SEZ/STPI laws, regulations and procedures

• Proficiency and hands on exposure to SAP and Microsoft office applications

• Analytical thinking and Problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work with cross culture teams across multi geographies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
