The Opportunity:
The position will report to the Director of the Global Payroll Projects Team, focusing on global program/ project implementation in the Global Payroll department. This includes the implementation of best practices across the global teams allowing for clear gains. Finally, the candidate must bring sound experience in India payroll to achieve the expectations in relation to delivering business result.
You are great at:
- Managing and implementing payroll & time & attendance projects & programs across global payroll, identifying, and ensuring participation by all key stakeholders.
- Work with regional Payroll, HRIM, HRBP leads to ensure resource plans are created and project resources are approved.
- Develop, Manage, and report on payroll project plans, project Status, RACI status, all to meet Project Time, Cost and Scope.
- Manage the process of obtaining agreements on roles, responsibilities, deadlines, outcomes, timelines, and communication plans to ensure all stakeholders or suppliers understand the requirements.
- Manage /develop any required documentation/SOP to support roll out, provide training as required.
- Manage the communication to ensure legislative and compliance requirements are met on a country-by-country basis.
- Management of Payroll data integrity throughout the project lifecycle and ensure appropriate testing plans are developed and performed.
- Effectively manage efforts to implement measurable and sustainable improvement and measure ROI as a standard practice.
- Other Project related and operational duties as required.
What It Takes:
- Functional experience in Project Management at an international level, including payroll system Integrations with a focus on Legal Entity Rationalizations.
- Prefer experience that includes involvement in the global management of payroll projects, payroll vendors while focusing on the delivery of quality.
- Highly experienced with payroll and time and attendance integrations, having taken a leadership role in various implementations that includes various payrolls & time & attendance & Success Factors Integrations.
- Excellent problem solving, facilitation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas with speed.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Dedication to teamwork.
